  • Sometimes… I am certainly happy to make an existing product in a different color or leather typically without question. I am also open to taking custom product requests, but will only accommodate things I can do well. I’d rather point you to another leather maker if they can do something better. Contact me here.

  • If for some reason you receive an item and it’s not what you thought it would be we can accept returns within 10 business days. I would love to know why the product is being sent back so future iterations can be improved. Upon receiving the product back it will go through an inspection to make sure it is in like-new-condition and a refund will be processed minus shipping costs. See more in the Ts&Cs.

  • For the most part, you won’t need to do anything. The leather will take on a personality as you use it. If you notice the leather looking dry, applying some conditioner is a good idea - I recommend mink oil. See more in the Ts&Cs.

  • All leather goods should last you a lifetime if basic care is given to the leather. It’s that simple. If a stitch fails or a piece of hardware falls off or breaks within normal use I will repair or replace the product. Natural fading and thinning of leather over time are not covered, but I’m open to seeing the story the item can tell and see if I can fix it for a small fee. See more in the Ts&Cs.
